Zooms in/out the map using dragging with the pen or the mouse. The Dynamic Zoom button remains active for zooming until another tool is activated.
Keyboard command: Z
Tap / Left click: centers the map on the tapped location
Drag up/down: dynamically zooms in/out on the map
Tap and hold / Right click: dynamically pans the map
